Steak & Veal Fondue

 This was a fun Saturday night meal for the family.  Meredith and I pulled Thomas up to the dining room table in his high chair, and we fed him as we cooked our fondue at the same time.  You could say it was a great little family dinner for the three of us.
 
 
Ingredients:
  • Cheese fondue in small crockpot
  • Beef broth, fresh Thyme & herbs, worcestershire, and red wine in fondue pot
  • Mushrooms
  • Top sirloin & veal cubes
  • Fresh broccoli, sweet pepper assortment, and cubed french bread
  • Malbec to go with dinner
 
We cooked the mushrooms and meat in the beef broth mixture and everything else was enjoyed with the cheese fondue.  This was a very simple and fun dinner to make.
